iPhone Safari fails to open videos ...

Hi all

I'm running OS 3.1.2 on a 32GB 3GS. For the last few weeks, possibly due to an update, videos launched through Safari fail to play. For instance, when I access the Apple iPhone guided tour page here: http://www.apple.com/iphone/guidedtour/
(the iPhone Safari page displays a "Click to Play" link).

Instead of playing this as usual, the page redirects to the following message:
