I listen to a lot of Audiobooks and have never had any issues. However, I ripped my own audiobook from the CD's, merged them into one file, copied the file to iTunes, created the AAC version, renamed the extension to m4b and copied it back to iTunes.
The book plays fine in iTunes but it refuses to play on my iPhone. It acts like it's being played but no audio is being piped out through my iPhone speakers or my headphones.
Would the file size be an issue? It's coming in at around 939 MB. Is this too much data for the iPhone to keep up with? I can make smaller versions but I've played larger Audiobooks in the past without issue. Thanks for any information!
