Yesterday I updated iTunes to version 9 and I also updated my iPhone 3G to version 3.1. Now whenever I open the iPod app after syncing the phone, it sits on "Updating Library... this may take a few minutes" for several minutes. It's just annoying, and never did that before. Anyone else seeing this? It's not just once, but has happened every time for the last dozen or so times I've done a sync since 3.1 upgrade (had to keep syncing because I was playing around with the changed functionality for podcasts and playlists).
