Since updating my 3GS to OS 3.1, I've had issues with smart playlist syncing to the device. I have a "Newly Added" playlist that has all of the correct items in it in iTunes, but doesn't include any of those songs when I select the playlist in the iPod app on the iPhone. The playlist on the phone looks to have selected the first 100 songs when sorting by artist name. If I turn off live updating, it syncs correctly, but that's not really a solution, as live updating is part of what makes "smart playlists" smart. Any ideas?
