I've purchased the Plantronics 855 Stereo Bluetooth headset to use with my iPhone 3G S. When playing music through Bluetooth to the headset, the music is still too lound even on the lowest volume setting on the headset.
I see the EQ and volume adjustment settings under iTunes when you right click the song
